DESCRIPTION

Interested in joining a Travel/ Meeting Management company?

As a Global Meetr Coordinator, you will work with the business development manager and liaisons of your region.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Actively participate in our Online Community
  • Complete monthly Training Curriculum
  • Attend Annual Staff Retreat
  • Take photographs and/or video footage of events to be used for Global Meetr branding and marketing purposes

We want

  • The ideal person is very detail oriented, previous administration background, and loves to organize.
  • You must be comfortable meeting and greeting with people and on the more social side.
  • Versed in MS Office and given age, comfortable working an actual telephone.
  • Talented in researching information, such as finding key contacts.

You will

  • Work with the business development account manager and liaisons in your region
  • Work with clients to source amazing deals and answer any questions they might have
  • Consolidate commission and payment information
  • Diligently track and record the status of your projects

Experience you will gain

Writing and Sending out Sponsorship Proposals

Reading, Writing and Contract Negotiations

Venue Sourcing and Rate Negotiations

Social Media Marketing, Content Curating

Communications

Event Management

REQUIREMENTS

You Should

  • Have the confidence to speak with clients and hotels
  • Possess great interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Preferably have sales experience and a knowledge of Salesforce
  • Have a high level of attention-to-detail, and organizational wherewithal

Compensation will be on a commission and bonus basis only.
