When booking this package please understand we are facilitating the delivery of your tickets and costume as a pick up and drop off service. We are not responsible for any issues the bands have as you will need to communicate with your band of choice clearly as to what we are picking up and what must be delivered to us. We have no affiliations with any bands other than the preferred band offered in the SOCA JUNKIE package. We will take the first step in reporting to the band at pick up should anything be missing to claim, but it is your responsibility to continue any action proceeding to any issues you may have with the band concerning your costume as you have chosen to book directly with them and not through us using the Soca junkie package.
