*We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotel/accommodations of equal standard. Tour prices are based on costs, tariffs, taxes, charges, levies and exchange rates as of the release of this brochure. Increases of any of these costs or charges may result in an increase in the price of your vacation.

*All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations and refunds are subject to penalty fees.
· 25% of your trip plus your deposit becomes non-refundable on/after September 20th.
· 50% of your trip plus your deposit becomes non-refundable on/after October 20th.
· 75% of your trip plus your deposit becomes non-refundable on/after November 20th.
· 90% of your trip plus your deposit becomes non-refundable on/after January 20th.
· The trip becomes 100% non-refundable on/after March 20th.
· Your trip must be paid in full by March 20th.

Travel medical insurance is highly recommended as we cannot be held responsible for any cancellation of flights or any acts that are beyond our reasonable control (i.e. making it commercially impossible or impractical to fulfill the obligations under the Agreement) including but not limited to terrorism, war, fire, blockade, strikes (excluding strikes by its own personnel), acts of God, government regulations, disaster, civil disorder or curtailment of transportation facilities, weather activities, disease, pandemic or epidemic or natural catastrophe.
